| Kiyokazu Sekine, the director of Aimachi, made a remarkable gesture of international friendship. Upon learning that Pride of Cincinnati would be taking a season off, Mr. Sekine graciously offered a home in Japan for a handful of the most recent Pride cast so that they could perform as members of Aimachi for the 2009 season. |

Pride Board of Directors Regretfully Announces, “No Winterguard in 2009!”
While the decision to take a season off, wasn't a desired option, the Pride Youth Development Foundation's (PYDF) board of directors remains very focused on the long term vitality of the Pride organization. This wasn't a decision about squeezing out "one more year" and then folding it all up, it was about continuing to strengthen the foundation's future by stabilizing its savings portfolio and expanding its sources of revenue in a changing fundraising environment. |

| “Bridge Over Troubled Water” has been such a large part of our culture for close to forty years that it is hard to distinguish where this “pop” standard ends and a beautiful metaphor begins. |

A huge “thank you” goes out to everyone who has “adopted” Pride performers this season! The generosity of these individuals has really made the participation of our membership a possibility.
Thanks to Rocky Binder, Kelsey Brockmen, Chris Hutchison, Mark Schleihs and Cindy Weeks Shriver!
If you have been wanting to make a donation but just haven’t gotten to it yet, we still have several members who could use some financial assistance.

ATTENTION PRIDE ALUMNI:
Message to All Pride Alumni
With the recent updates made to our Alumni Database, we have been doing some "house cleaning". Over 50 alumni have been deleted from the system after the latest mailings have been returned due to incorrect mailing addresses. If you find that your name is missing on the current alumni list, please take just a few minutes to re-enter your current information. We really want to stay in touch, so please help us!
International alumni: please sign up on the database but also please send your mailing information directly to:
Toni Twaddell
Our system doesn't always configure the addresses properly when they don't fit the US format. If I have your address information I will make sure that your mailings are hand addressed in the future.
Thanks for helping us stay in touch with the Pride Family!
